The only problem was that they promised to send a voucher for confirmation by e-mail within 5 minutes. This never arrived. I sent two e-mails to their reservations site which was never answered. I have just phoned them today(Wednesday) and they were quite apathetic.PAUL Review 2 - Posted Apr 2008: have travelled extensively with Alfa through the UK and abroad as a single traveller and with an ageing parent. Have always had value for money, been treated as a valued customer. All the drivers are customer focused. Less expensive than competitors who provide identical tours.
