Here are a few Random Reviews on AlphaRooms.com: Review 1 - Posted Jun 2009: used them over and over again, only once had a problem whilst abroad with an hotel but alpa rooms sorted the prob out straight away and kept in contact with us over the situation, compared with other sites many many times but cant find any that compare as well Review 2 - Posted Apr 2009: Alpha rooms booked our Grandmother into a closed hotel and then refused to admit it was closed despite the fact we visited the place and found it to be completely boarded up and its own website stated the fact it was closed for a further month. It took us days of frustrating phonecalls to eventually get them to admit it was closed and still no refund!!!! Review 3 - Posted Jan 2008: I booked a room on behalf of my son and partner on a friday evening, which was very easy and completed within minutes. The only problem was that they promised to send a voucher for confirmation by e-mail within 5 minutes. This never arrived. I sent two e-mails to their reservations site which was never answered.
