Something is sadly amiss and try as I will, I cant get BT to contact me. I was warned by friends that chosing BT would be a bad mistake but sadly I didnt listen. Just cant say how disgusted I am with the service & Indian call centre has no solution to the problems & fails to ring back as promised.Forget BT! Review 2 - Posted Mar 2008: I find that BT Broadband makes promises it cannot keep. Ever since I started using your broadband it as been a hit and miss in getting on line. After numerous phone calls and an email I am getting nowhere. 10 days ago your call centre said it would pass my complaint to the engineers.
