So far so good, five weeks in and the only problem I've had is configuring the popup-ad blocker, it doesn't work as well as you would expect. i.e. it doesn't block enough popups ... Review 2 - Posted Mar 2008: I find that BT Broadband makes promises it cannot keep. Ever since I started using your broadband it as been a hit and miss in getting on line. After numerous phone calls and an email I am getting nowhere. 10 days ago your call centre said it would pass my complaint to the engineers. I haven't heard a thing. - Anon Review 3 - Posted Feb 2009: I have been trying to install my btbroadband & wireless hub plus hubphone for 2 weeks. Something is sadly amiss and try as I will, I cant get BT to contact me. I was warned by friends that chosing BT would be a bad mistake but sadly I didnt listen.
