Something is sadly amiss and try as I will, I cant get BT to contact me. I was warned by friends that chosing BT would be a bad mistake but sadly I didnt listen. Just cant say how disgusted I am with the service & Indian call centre has no solution to the problems & fails to ring back as promised.Forget BT!
