They also provides Broadband over satellite for business users. Their consumer broadband product has a high degree of personalisation, integrated parental controls, a high standard of security such as a free firewall, anti-virus and anti-spam software and a pop-up killer for spam.

Ever since I started using your broadband it as been a hit and miss in getting on line. After numerous phone calls and an email I am getting nowhere. 10 days ago your call centre said it would pass my complaint to the engineers. I haven't heard a thing. - Anon Review 2 - Posted Sep 2008: I am thinking of giving up B.T broadband unless they can imploy staff that has common sense so that when you phone with a complaint you do not get sent to 5 different departments and when you go on broadband you can find a complaints dept Review 3 - Posted Feb 2009: I have been trying to install my btbroadband & wireless hub plus hubphone for 2 weeks. Something is sadly amiss and try as I will, I cant get BT to contact me. I was warned by friends that chosing BT would be a bad mistake but sadly I didnt listen. Just cant say how disgusted I am with the service & Indian call centre has no solution to the problems & fails to ring back as promised.Forget BT!
