There customer services aren't the best in the world, I'm not sure if they are one of these companies that is outsourcing to India or something because I never get someone who can understand me properly. Review 2 - Posted Nov 2004: I think the captial one late payment charges are a little heavy handed, I send my cheque off in plenty of time - its not my fault they take 10 days to process it!
