They are a specialist mail order company which was set up in 1991 to supply videos, DVDs, games & audio books via phone, post and the Internet. They are also in charge of Mosaic Entertainment, HEC's distribution arm releases films theatrically and on video and DVD.. Also trying to cancel their mail is almost impossible without sending out a virus to scare them away. I find them arrogant in their customer service attitude and their language choices on their DVD's is almost none existant.
