Overview: They are a specialist mail order company which was set up in 1991 to supply videos, DVDs, games & audio books via phone, post and the Internet. HEC began trading in 1985 and employs over 2,452 people nationwide. They stock everything from blockbuster movies to special interest titles, TV to classical music, all at low prices. Based in Peterborough, HEC trades in all main sectors of the film and video markets. They also run Video Box Office, who supply DVDs and videos for rent, and DVDs, videos and games for sale, via your local convenience store.

Also trying to cancel their mail is almost impossible without sending out a virus to scare them away. I find them arrogant in their customer service attitude and their language choices on their DVD's is almost none existant. Review 2 - Posted Jun 2005: I have used the choices direct.com service several times the speed at which I got the items has awlays been very fast (usually 48 hours) and their prices are very good too.
