Comet sent out an engineer and she was advised that it was a gas fault. The fridge freeezer was replaced, but both comet and samsung say that she has no claim for loss of food which was considerable. Very disgruntled with after sales service Review 3 - Posted Apr 2010: I'd like to know how long it takes to get a refund on the delivery charge when the product ordered doesn't arrive on the day given even though you've acknowledged it was your error.
