Here are a few Random Reviews on Comet.co.uk: Review 1 - Posted Apr 2010: We were lucky enough to have bid on your auction sight and won so we duly paid for the delivery and collection of old product and given a delivery date, The day arrived for my new machine to arrive it got to six thirty p.m. and no delivery so we left a message on your sight to explain, we received an e.mail back Review 2 - Posted Jun 2009: I bought a Hotpoint WDD960A washer/drier in November 2008 and it was delivered just before Christmas. After five months the machine developed a spinning fault whereby it was pumping out the water but not spinning the clothes. Apparently due to unbalanced load caused by not putting enough clothes in the machine. I have to wait eight days now for a new circuit board to be placed in the machine. Review 3 - Posted Jul 2009: My daughter purchased a Samsung side by side fridge freezer from Comet on 7th June just what she wanted. Unfortunately the freezer side broke down twice. Comet sent out an engineer and she was advised that it was a gas fault. The fridge freeezer was replaced, but both comet and samsung say that she has no claim for loss of food which was considerable.
