This was confirmed by e.mail to us by Comet customer support. We've found the tel no: you advise us to use but it does not get answered, please advise. It seems that Comet customer support have a similar problem. Review 2 - Posted Nov 2008: Please be careful of the Auction site I purchased a Freezer for only £80.00 less than a brand new one when it came all the wires to the power supply at the back of the freezer were hanging off I had waited over 2 weeks for delivery and was annoyed to think it would have to go back or an engineer would have to be called before it was even used, Review 3 - Posted Jun 2009: I bought a Hotpoint WDD960A washer/drier in November 2008 and it was delivered just before Christmas. After five months the machine developed a spinning fault whereby it was pumping out the water but not spinning the clothes. Apparently due to unbalanced load caused by not putting enough clothes in the machine. I have to wait eight days now for a new circuit board to be placed in the machine.
