No response to three e-mails from me, and no availability of anyone on the phone to discuss my order. - Anon Review 2 - Posted Mar 2006: Dreadful, inefficient service from this company. Placed an order for a year's subscription to National Geographic in November 2005 and payment was taken. It is now March 2006 and no magazines have been received. Several emails were ignored and I have now finally received an answer stating that a magazine will be received in April - 5 months after payment. We will see.
