I give up. Irene Review 2 - Posted Mar 2010: It now looks like in there drive to move more to the trade side of there buisness they have come a new way to drive away long time customers. Having loaded a 4.8 metre long peice of 9x2 timber on to one of there not fit for use trollys and taken it to there bulk exit. I was told to take it to the other tills as i dont have a trade card .As a plumber of 37 years they dont want my cash any more . Review 3 - Posted Aug 2009: I engaged B&Q to supply and install a new bathroom suite. What a mistake. I have never encountered such incompetence and mendacity at every level. Never again.
