Overview: To use the Savings Plans and Free Calls to Other Customers, you have to make your calls from your BT home phone number to other UK landlines. You can join as long as you have a BT landline, email address, and either Direct Debit or a credit/debit card. If you refer someone who becomes a customer and gives them your Account ID, they'll give you 10 pounds in free calls. They are the UK's first e-telco. Although you are their customer, you keep your BT line and number, so that means you pay BT for line rental and repairs to the line. When you are one of their customers, you can call all other of their home phone customers for free.
