After making a booking for July the operator made an error and booked our hotel for June. I am now out of pocket due to the incompetance of Holiday extras and their Customer Service department is appalling as they refuse to correct their error. Avoid this company and go with a more reputable one. The Ryanair of website holidays Review 2 - Posted Mar 2004: Bit misleading, I was looking for holiday information in the directory and this site was called Hol----Ex--- so I figured it was a good bet.
