Not being able to order in store, but being forced to use the internet and then wait in for a delivery will lose the company huge amounts of custom. Come on Marks think of the elderly without a computer. The company is worried about people who order and don't turn up to pick up and pay....why can't we order in-store and pay our cash with order?-D.F Review 2 - Posted Jun 2009: I purchased a BBQ which was on display 'cause all BBQ's had already sold out. The assistant said that we would have to pick it up as seen. Which was fine. When we picked it up the next day as agreed, it was in bits with the screws and instructions missing.We were messed about for 3hrs and 3 phone calls later-we took it back ,I refused to go till someone reassembled it.I'll not go there again! Review 3 - Posted Mar 2009: Truly dreadful. I ordered a skirt - in sale that I wanted for a special occasion. 3 weeks later, despite confirmatory and despatch e-mails it became clear they hadn't sent it and didn't have it. Customer service a joke - still getting e-mails re my 'cancelled' order. I didn't and I've tried to complain with zero response. Buy in store and don't trust the on line site.
