It was not secured in the box. They did send an equivalently priced item swiftly when I reported it, a bouquet, so very different from that ordered by a friend. Review 2 - Posted May 2009: I've recently purchased 10 knickers from your shop's and i have to say i am very dissapointed with their fit and quality. In the past they have fitted very nicely how ever the new ones dont have the same fit or elasticity, which basically means they move around uncomfortably the whole time i've had to wear them, the reason i choose M&S is for it's reputation for quality i do hope this changes Review 3 - Posted Jun 2009: I am disappointed with the cafeteria in Metro Centre, Gateshead shop. You have to stand in a queue to order hot meals at the till and pay for these with anything else you may purchase. So by the time the hot meal is cooked your tea or coffee is cold. Quite a few people were complaining. The Silverlink store in Wallsend is much more efficient as you pay for hot meals as asyou go in.
