I ordered a wardrobe from them back in April 2008, and am still waiting for all the parts to be sent to me over NINE MONTHS later! They were quick to demand money for the item, which I am refusing to pay until I have received it in full. The head office I wrote to have ignored me and the matter is now in the hands of trading standards.
