Company refused to take any responsibility for throwing package around and breaking it to pieces. Taking insurance didn't seem to have any relevance or value. I will be avoiding this gang in future. Review 2 - Posted Sep 2008: Earlier this year I had to organise re-booking my parcel in 9 times of an item to be collected from the US and it was never collected. I needed this item relatively urgently and it took a month, from the first time I paid, before i then had to revert to asking for my money back. They mixed up consignment notes and were very uninformative during the problem. I strongly recommend against them...
