Review 1 - Posted Feb 2009: I placed an order, assuming it would be sent out straight away. I called 3 day later to find they were only shipping it on that day. I was told it woud take up to 10 days for my money to be refunded. I rang 11 days later, to be told they were processing straight away - and it would take 7-10 working days. No apolgies or explanations why it took so long. Extremely bad customer service
