Howevr I was not told that I am exxpected to check out at midday the day before I leave as my 14 nights start the start from midday the day we leave. We have only 13 nights in the hotel and 16 hours in limbo til we fly. No one seems to care. Miracuously, we can keep the room if we pay fee!
