Review 2 - Posted Aug 2009: When I booked my holiday I knew it was a late flight out and anearly flight home. Howevr I was not told that I am exxpected to check out at midday the day before I leave as my 14 nights start the start from midday the day we leave. We have only 13 nights in the hotel and 16 hours in limbo til we fly. No one seems to care. Miracuously, we can keep the room if we pay fee! Review 3 - Posted May 2009: i have been away 3 times in the past 10 months, twice with thomas cook n once with another company. the holidays have all been long haul holidays. i can honestly say i would not book a holiday with any 1 else but thomas cook, now. The staff are so friendly, during the journey and all through the holiday. There is no problem they can not solve, and believe me i had a few. thomas cook thumbs up.
