The staff are so friendly, during the journey and all through the holiday. There is no problem they can not solve, and believe me i had a few. thomas cook thumbs up. Review 2 - Posted Aug 2009: When I booked my holiday I knew it was a late flight out and anearly flight home. Howevr I was not told that I am exxpected to check out at midday the day before I leave as my 14 nights start the start from midday the day we leave. We have only 13 nights in the hotel and 16 hours in limbo til we fly. No one seems to care. Miracuously, we can keep the room if we pay fee! We stayed in the Pollensa Park Hotel. I am sixty eight years of age and have done some travelling but I have never been so delighted with a hotel in all my life. The staff were frendly helpful.
