Thorntons delivery is a next day / specific day service, this is so they can be sure that orders arrive with their customers in a premium condition and minimises the chances of damage in transit and storage outside their premises. 98% of their orders are sent as gifts to a third person, and are sent with gift box and gift card. All hampers, flowers, wines and champagnes are only available through the theybsite and not their retail stores.
