Website defaulted to incorrect collection choice after selecting delivery next day and they were instructing me that I can get a full refund if I send the tickets, the problem was that I cant get the tickets hence the phone call in the first place. Will never use again. Review 2 - Posted Aug 2009: I booked 2 first class returns to york online. I ended up with a messed up booking for 8 seats! I called and was told it would be corrected - but in fact I had no return journey! Called again - and had to book the return for a third time. I struggled to get understood on these calls and they failed to ask the right questions. Worse still they now owe me £200 in refunds. AWFUL SERVICE Review 3 - Posted Jul 2006: Why do you always want personal information when all the public want to know is if there's a train available and what is the cost.
