I was informed by the operator at Virgin that my phone would be put onto pay as you go and it could not be disconnected from the Virgin network. I didn't use the phone but noticed that a billing fee had been coming out of my account six months after the contract ended. Review 2 - Posted Jun 2009: I have been with VM now for some while and have been more than satisfied but over the past Two weeks the network has been really bad at my home address. I have had extreme problems with T-Mobile and their network over the same period of time without getting any help or satisfaction. I am paying them a monthly fee without getting the service, although that will change.
